Self Promo Orders & Speculative Samples not available due to labor shortages. Repeat order ink colors and logo printing will vary from order to order. PMS matches can only be close and cannot be matched exactly for digital printing. Claims resulting from printing imperfections only noticeable when magnified or enlarged will not be accepted. Logos/printing must be viewed at arms length by the human eye. Products printed and produced overseas will never match products and printing of domestic orders.

UPS/FedEx: IL is not responsible for service failures incurred with 3rd party freight carriers. Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.
