PMS matches can only be close and cannot be matched exactly for digital printing. Claims resulting from printing imperfections only noticeable when magnified or enlarged will not be accepted. Logos/printing must be viewed at arms length by the human eye. Products printed and produced overseas will never match products and printing of domestic orders.

UPS/FedEx: IL is not responsible for service failures incurred with 3rd party freight carriers. Failures include but are not limited to; lost packages, incorrect address routing & delayed shipments. Carton/product damages resulting from mishandling during transit are the responsibility of the 3rd party carrier. IL uses strong sturdy boxes & we are not liable for shipper handling abuse. A claim must be filed by the owner/customer directly to carrier of said shipper number for resolution.
