GENERAL INFORMATION

• Price Includes: One Color Imprint, One Location. Maximum of 2 Color Imprint and One Side Only. Full Bleed not available. Red ink on Black Bandana not recommended
• Material colors shown are approximate and cannot be compared to PMS colors. Orange, red, lime and blue are subject to variation. Samples are recommended prior to order placement as precise color match is not possible.
• Pricing: OP, OP3, Rush & Turbo orders EQP/NQP pricing do not apply. Online prices are subject to change without notice. All Online pricing is based on our costs known at the time of publishing. Natural disasters, worldwide economic conditions including, but not limited to, foreign governments altering their tax or monetary policies, the cost of raw materials rising (usually associated with the cost of oil) or other economic conditions could result in unforeseen price increases. Any such event may necessitate that we alter the pricing published in this catalog. In such an event, we will do our best to keep prices updated on our website at www.innovation-line.com. We are not responsible for pricing or information errors found in third party publications (i.e., ESP, SAGE, Impact, etc.) whether in a database, online, in print or by email blast, etc. Pricing is effective upon publication.
• Pre Production Proof: $75.00 (G). Production Time: Add 2-3 Days. If revisions are made to any Pre Production proofs, a new pre production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply.
• Speculative Sample: $75.00 (G), plus setup chg, cost of the item and cost any add’l color per unit running charges and freight. Prod Time: 7-10 Days. 
• Split/Drop Shipments: $7.00 (Z) per location, after first shipment. Domestic shipments only.
• Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 100 pieces and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions). Ink change, please add $25.00 (G) per change.
• Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. No EQP/NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
• Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
• Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blank. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). 
• Please note: Imprint will deteriorate with washing and normal use and this is not considered a defect. INTENDED FOR DRY USE ONLY. Thin and fine lines have a tendency to break and/or appear broken when printing on cloth materials, may be difficult to read or break up when printed on the fiber loops of this product and as a result imprint will vary from piece to piece. Also, cloth material size, shape, and color, varies from cloth to cloth and order to order. Bandanas are intended for individual use and cannot be identical to each other and cannot be compared. The integrity of the primary colors will change (blue, red, green, yellow and shades of these colors) and cannot be held or maintained. Credits or adjustments or returns cannot be made or accepted for color changes or shade variations. Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. For red bandanas only, due to towel color dying process, for white ink imprints only, the red dye may bleed slightly and produce a pink hue, which cannot be avoided and is not considered a defect.

• ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
• Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been manufactured or printed. In most cases, if no proof has been requested at time of order submission, within 48 hours of order receipt, it is too late to cancel order and distributor is responsible for all incurred costs regardless of whether order has physically shipped from our factory. Likewise, 48 hours after proof approval, it is not possible to cancel/revise any order as it will have been printed, packed & is being staged to ship and distributor is responsible for all costs. Sorry no exceptions.

Important Information: Proofs provided are for logo placement and size approval only. The colors shown on e-proofs may not be accurately represented on your computer monitor (All metallic inks will NOT show up as metallic on screen) and PMS colors as printed in the Pantone Color Book are only a reference point. Therefore, e-proofs are not an exact color representation. Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colors on Innovation Line products. Color variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, and material variations. Innovation Line is not responsible for any color variation. In screen printing pad printing, Sublimation or transfer process exact color matches cannot be achieved. Regarding color matching, dye-sublimation printing uses a computer printer to generate a heat transfer to transfer the image onto fabric. Dye-sublimation printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) process colors to reproduce images on paper that is then transfer to the substrate. As a result, PMS colors cannot be matched exactly. They are only a reference point and an approximation. Laser engraving appears on actual item as tone on tone (as the laser engraving uses the laser to burn through the surface), on clear acrylic it appears white frost, on a proof laser engraving is most often shown in gray color. Imprint will shift slightly when printed or lasered. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing.
