GENERAL INFORMATION

• Price Includes: one color up to PhotoImage® 4 Color Process imprint, printed on the back of the acrylic (exact color match not guaranteed) or Laser Engraved imprint.
• Pricing: OP, OP3, Rush & Turbo orders EQP/NQP pricing do not apply. Online prices are subject to change without notice. All Online pricing is based on our costs known at the time of publishing. Natural disasters, worldwide economic conditions including, but not limited to, foreign governments altering their tax or monetary policies, the cost of raw materials rising (usually associated with the cost of oil) or other economic conditions could result in unforeseen price increases. Any such event may necessitate that we alter the pricing published in this catalog. In such an event, we will do our best to keep prices updated on our website at www.innovation-line.com. We are not responsible for pricing or information errors found in third party publications (i.e., ESP, SAGE, Impact, etc.) whether in a database, online, in print or by email blast, etc. Pricing is effective upon publication.
• Laser Personalization Setup: $30.00 (G).
• Packaging: Individually Shrink Wrapped Inside Gift Box. Fabricated & Assembled in the USA. Click Here to see Optional Packaging
• Repeat Setup Charge: $45.00 (G).
• *Printed Awards Less Than Minimum Charge: $125.00(G) per item, no eqp/nqp. Also Full Set Up charge applies even if order is a repeat. (No exceptions)
• Awards/Acrylic Pre Production Proof: $60.00 (G) plus cost of product, all setups and personalization charges. If revisions are made to pre-production proofs, a new pre-production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply. Production Time: 5-6 days, depending on complexity of design.
• Speculative Samples: $80.00(G) per item. Plus Setup Charge of $60.00(G) per color and/or imprint methods, first column cost of the item, and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Production Time: All speculative samples are custom made by hand and require 10-15 Days to produce.
• Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
  
• Blanks: Production time same as Imprinted. Refer to General Information "Blank Orders" for pricing on blanks awards and note all sales are Final. Returns will not be accepted nor credits issued under any circumstances.
• NOTE REGARDING ACRYLIC AWARDS: All acrylic awards are Hand sanded and polished after cutting to size. Overall measurements will vary piece to piece depending on the amount of polishing required on each side. All finished parts may have slightly different measurements when completed.
  
• Please note: Slight shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing or laser engraving. Each product is manufactured and printed individually so up to 3/16” movement in logo printing alignment is acceptable and cannot be considered a defect. Products are intended for individual use and not for comparison to one another, current order cannot match previous order.

• ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
• Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been manufactured or printed. In most cases, if no proof has been requested at time of order submission, within 48 hours of order receipt, it is too late to cancel order and distributor is responsible for all incurred costs regardless of whether order has physically shipped from our factory. Likewise, 48 hours after proof approval, it is not possible to cancel/revise any order as it will have been printed, packed & is being staged to ship and distributor is responsible for all costs. Sorry no exceptions.

All finished parts may have slightly different measurements when completed. Acrylic award material thickness, size and color as well as ink colors will vary slightly from product to product and order to order. All acrylic material will have slight blemishes and subsurface scratches which cannot be avoided and are not considered defects as perfection in clarity and 100% scratch free cannot be achieved.
